Southwest Chipotle Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast (cubed)

  • 1 tbsp Chipotle flavor of Behrnes' Pepper Salts or no salt variety

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lime (juiced) and 1 (sliced)

  • 1 cup avocado

  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes

  • 1 sliced jalapeno

  • cilantro to garnish

  • 6 small flour or corn tortillas

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with Behrnes’ Pepper Salts Chipotle Salt or No Salt Flavor and lime juice. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.

  3. Warm the tortillas on a dry skillet.

  4. Assemble tacos with chicken, avocado, jalapeno, radish, and garnish with cilantro.

  5. Serve with extra lime wedges and enjoy!
