Southwest Chipotle Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast (cubed)
1 tbsp Chipotle flavor of Behrnes' Pepper Salts or no salt variety
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lime (juiced) and 1 (sliced)
1 cup avocado
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1 sliced jalapeno
cilantro to garnish
6 small flour or corn tortillas
Cooking Instructions
In a bowl, mix chicken with Behrnes’ Pepper Salts Chipotle Salt or No Salt Flavor and lime juice. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
Warm the tortillas on a dry skillet.
Assemble tacos with chicken, avocado, jalapeno, radish, and garnish with cilantro.
Serve with extra lime wedges and enjoy!
